This policy explains which personal data MyCenter Sports & Wellness collects through mycenter.pt, what it is used for and what rights you have.

What we collect: when you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your mobile number and the activity you are interested in. We collect nothing else and we use no tracking cookies.
What we use it for: solely to answer your request and to book a visit or a trial class. We send no marketing communications without separate permission and we do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processors: form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email address and does not retain its content. The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which records IP addresses in server logs for security purposes.
Video: the club videos are hosted on Vimeo. The Vimeo player is only loaded after you press «Play», and it is requested in do-not-track mode; until then your browser makes no request to Vimeo at all.
How long we keep it: contact requests are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless you become a member in the meantime, in which case the retention periods of the membership relationship apply.
Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to mycenter@mycenter.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies: this site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Should analytics be added later, it will be a cookieless solution with no personally identifiable data.
